Terms and Conditions
Returns and Exchanges
We gladly accept all items for return or exchange under the following terms and conditions:
* Email within seven days of receiving the shoes and ship back within 30 days of purchase. Refund given the day we receive the gorgeous high heels back in our office.
* Must be returned unworn and resalable condition, including the shoe box. Don’t tape or put labels directly onto the shoe box. Items will fit in the Priority Mail boxes/bags available at the Post Office. Or, simply use First Class Mail, it is very reasonably priced and will get here in about 3 to five days time.
* If you don’t send the box back, we will have to charge you for a clear plastic shoe box for the next client who purchases these shoes.
* Cost of returning the item(s) is the responsibility of the buyer.
* When trying shoes on, walk on carpeted surfaces, don’t scuff the soles. Simply put, how would you like the shoes to be sent to you?
* For prompt and proper credit, email to: Your.Shoe.Store.com@gmail.com, in the subject title put: Customer Care requesting return address and RMA #.
* For exchanges for a different size or style high heel, please be sure to be specify in the email. Will immediately ship upon receipt of returned item if we have it in stock, if not, you may choose another style.

Your-Shoe-Store.com offers low-cost shipping to our fabulous United States clients and discounted shipping for our wonderful International clients.
We do our best to save you money. We do not charge any handling fees for shipping your product.
We jump through hoops so you, our dear customers have the best shopping experience. After all, shopping is to be fun, yes?!
